Presenting at the Leadership Development Institute at Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital

I was honored to participate as a presenter in the Leadership Development Institute at Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital (KSB) in Dixon, Illinois on October 13th.

My presentation was based on my recent book: “Driven by Compassion - 8 Values For Successful Servant Leaders.” The program included many informative, exciting, and enjoyable conservations with the leaders from KSB regarding their daily leadership opportunities along with the excitement of being a compassionate, servant leader.

I am grateful to David Schreiner, KSB President and CEO who invited me to speak. The KSB leadership team is outstanding and so dedicated to providing compassionate healthcare to the community they serve. It was an exhilarating and fun day to be with this amazing group.
